Amard International FZE located in Dubai, is parent company of Amard Group. Amard will handels all procuremtns and logistics needs of whole network. All payments dealings, public meetings, contract and rate negotations will be handle from Amard Dubai office.
FAM International FZCO is trading and logistic company located in Djibouti Free Zone. FAM is directly invloved in clearance and delivery of cargo to Ethiopian distributor according to Amard's Dubai plan. FAM is handling the stock and warehousing part of Amard Group.
Amard International Foodstuff LLC is sister company of Amard International FZE. The main part of this company is to facilatate the distibution Network. Amard International Foodstuff is also presenting the Amard's products in UAE local market with own warehouses and delivery vehicles.
Distributor 1 is represnting the company in Ethiopia, which is responsible to distibute the products within Addis Ababa city limits. The Distributor 1 is facilitated with 20 Vehicles and 1 warehouse.
Distributor 2 is represnting the company in Ethiopia, having distribution of upto 200 KM outside the Addis Abbaba. The Distributor 2 facilitated with 7 Vehicles and 1 big warehouse.
Distributor 3 is represting the company in Ethiopia, having distibution of all sub-cities within Ethiopia and Somali land excluding Addis Ababa the capital city. The caompany has 10 Vehciles, 5 big Trailers and 2 warehouses for distribution of products.
